iVY is delivered in two phases:
Phase I: Twelve Y2TEC sessions over 16 weeks with WYZ app use
Phase II: Twelve Focused sessions over 16 weeks with WYZ app use or WYZ app only maintenance.
iVY supplemental materials are available for PDF download and via the Focused sessions dropdown menu by session topic.
