Where can i find the WYZ app?

Search "UCSF WYZ" to find the WYZ app store or click here for the download links in the Apple App store or on Google Play. The WYZ app is only available to study participants. Contact the study coordinatos at 415-735-1507 (call/text) if you need help setting up your account. 

What phones is WYZ compatible with?

The WYX app is compatable with both Android phone and Apple iPhone, and works on phones running iOS13 and Android 7.0 operating systems and above. If your phone's operating system has been updated since 2020, there should not be any issues due to the operating system.  

Having trouble with your username or password?

Logging into the WYZ app requires an account through Salesforce. Your username is your email address. If you need to reset your password, click the 'reset your password' link or contact us at 415-735-1507. For more information, see the user guides below.
